Central Institute of Technology Creative Industries Recent Graduates Show 2012

Central has always been recognized as the centre of specialization, indeed, the centre of excellence for the creative industries in Perth. Many of the state’s best known artists and designers and photographers

have launched their careers at Central. 

Every year we unleash another constellation of dazzling graduates and the annual  SHINE exhibition showcases some of our shiniest stars – the best graduates

in Visual Arts, Jewellery, Photography, Fashion, Graphic Design, Design for Industry, Interior Design + Screen and Animation. 

18 emerging artists and designers will be showcased along with show reels from the students of film, animation and multimedia.

YOUNG ORIGINALS

17 September – 13 October

The Young Originals is an exhibition of outstanding art works selected from Western Australian public secondary schools.


There is something on show for everyone: ceramics, graphic design, fashion, photography, painting, prints, textiles and sculpture.

This is a very popular exhibition with broad appeal to the general public and is very popular with school groups and for family outings during the October school holidays.
