26 local artists were provided with a scroll of textured or patterned wall paper and asked to transform it into an original work. Print, draw or cut as they may, these 4 metre swatches are more than decoration, each one is modified in a unique way.

Curated by Thelma John with Kay Lawrence, Louise Snook, David Turley, Holly Story, Olga Cironis, Fiona Foley, Tomas Hoareau looking at the symbolic use of blankets in art until 25 July.

A series of new works that re-present objects, ephemera and collected oddments found in deceased estates, roadside collections and second-hand stores. Through items including diary collections, family holiday slides and letters to loved ones, the works investigate the recording of existence; questioning mortality, and the traces left behind.

David Turley is a graduate of Edith Cowan University and a Central TAFE Artist In Residence.
