Old Works by David Turley

Posted in Exhibitions on January 21st, 2008 by kiersti – Be the first to comment

21 January – 9 February

A series of new works that re-present objects, ephemera and collected oddments found in deceased estates, roadside collections and second-hand stores. Through items including diary collections, family holiday slides and letters to loved ones, the works investigate the recording of existence; questioning mortality, and the traces left behind.

David Turley is a graduate of Edith Cowan University and a Central TAFE Artist In Residence.

Open 10am – 4.45pm Mon – Fri, 12 – 4.45pm Saturday. Sunday and Public Holiday closed
