This community project presented by The Injury Control Council of WA engages with young people (12-25 years old) from a range of socially diverse backgrounds uses photography and other visual art to explore perceptions of safety in public places. The Council is seeking to raise awareness on the subject and to inform future policy related to the development of spaces where young people feel secure, as well as valued and connected in the community. The project is funded by Lotterywest, Healthway and the Department for Communities Office for Youth.
