Line drawings by Sri Chinmoy
Sri Chinmoy (1931-2007) was an Indian artist, poet, musician, philosopher and spiritual guide.
He chose the theme of birds to symbolise the freedom of the soul. His simple and expressive line drawings, said Yehudi Menuhin, “transport us men, who would be winged, to the birds, which we have tried to emulate.â€
